Actually, I've been in this stock for about two weeks. I got a tip from Mr. Copia about looking into this stock, and I had followed this thread a long time ago. I was first tipped off about this stock from Ryan Goldstein, a fellow investor and good man. He told me its vast undervaluation, which I still believe to be true. I think this is incredibly undervalued and the 10-k for 1997 will only prove it.
As for the litigation, after reviewing the cases(and trying to apply my political science background), I feel that they will proceed smoothly in MediaConcept's favor. Do your own DD and make your own assessments. I need more info, however, before I can make that judgement, but from preliminary looks, I like the way it's shaping out.
I was again tipped off to this stock by Mr. Copia, a few weeks ago, stating that it was a find. I asked him why, and he told me to put it on the backburner.
Lo and behold, he was right.
But I gave him HRCT, so we're even. :o)
