I do not know anything about the trading in the stock. It does looks to me as being very steady and just waiting for some news - the approval from the VSE ?

The acquisition was submitted to the VSE late last year (and its more than three to four months now), and I guess they cannot sit on it forever.

I have not spoken to the president but I understand that he is the one working on the deal and getting things organized.

I like the play and have done quite a fair bit of research on gems and particularly sapphire. Investment in Sapphire mining is not widely available to the public. It has always been mined by private enterprises and this is a rare opportunity.

I just hope that the VSE will respond in a more timely fashion. I cannot imagine how VSE listed companies can operate effectively if this is the norm. I don't believe other exchanges, like the LSE I know, don't work in this manner.
