Had a discussion with Ed Lai this morning, here are the following highlights:

- He is very confident that IBIC has acquired a significant asset, being the phosphate mine (net asset value per share of close to $7.00),
- He is not at all happy about the way the stock has been trading on the CDN. In fact, he is not at all impressed with the CDN period (I don't think I blame him),
- They are in the midst of acquiring a TSE shell company (held three meetings to date with the company - the company is very anxious to do this deal and begin trading again). Therefore, Mr. Lai is confident that they will be trading on the TSE very shortly.
- IBIC has met with several institutions over the past couple of weeks (Midland Walwyn being one of them - confirmed by my broker) and have been receiving a very positive response. At this time the institutions are not able to make an investment in IBIC as it is a CDN trading company (could someone confirm this understanding). That is also why he is very anxiuos to get onto the TSE (and receive institutional backing/interest).

Any more solid information on this company would be great. Thanks in advance.
