Ralph,
I live in Ottawa, Canada but I think that has no bearing on the cost of SI. My understanding, correct me if I'm wrong, is that after the first free month there is a $125 US fee per year to be on chat page. Seems pretty steep to me when all other chat pages are free.

We have the same open positions except that I am selling SBL and SEE today due to RS stops on Friday.

My worst position was also XPED which was down 10.63% (i.e. bought at $30 and sold at $26.81 due to a sell stop on Jan 14th).

I think the main difference in our studies as we discussed before is the buy & sell positions and the fact that we are calculating % return differently. My return is based on and average daily amount invested while yours is based on $200K initial investment. Your $200K is not being used completely every day (i.e. there still is money in the pot to purchase).

For example:
You buy one stock $10,000 and keep it a week and sell it for $11,000. The return on the week as I would calculate it is 10% ($1K gain on $10k average daily investment). My understanding of your system would be:

amount at end of week one =$201k
amount at start of week one = $200k

% return = $201k/$200k = 0.5%

Does this make any sense?

Let me know what you think.
