It's about time we got our first SI cynic on the thread. Now we're for real! Yup, we're betting that management will do what it says based on track record and $3 billion in cash. If you've got anything to add besides the obvious risks inherent in this investment strategy please tell us so we don't lose too much money. Do you have telecom experience? Many here do. Do you know top notch people who have been recruited from other telecom companies to work for Level 3 who will have a large part of their compensation in stock options? I do. Aside from management conspiring against shareholders have you anything specific to add or are you just going to whine how the stock is overvalued, there's nothing to base it on, etc. Hope you short it as soon as possible...you can add it to the QWST and WCOM shorts you've probably got (assuming you know who they are). So what brought you this way? Phil
