Your interpretation is wrong.

Maybe it's just a nuiance of wording, and this is not really what you meant. But the implication you make with this statement is that ZULU owns "the" technology of OzEmail. This is patently false. They apparently own SOME technology that they got from OzEmail, and that was not core to OzEmail's business. For whatever reason, OzEmail chose to exit the web advertising business.

Now, you'll get no argument from me on this, as long as you drop that "the". We wouldn't want anyone to misinterpret, and cause NETZ to incorrectly ride on OzEmail's coattails, now would we? (Not that NETZ is prone to coattail-riding or anything... :) )
