Benny....remember when we were speculating who the largest statement processor in the US was?

You thought TSYS? Well they are big...In fact they are the 2nd largest credit card processing co. in the US, FDC is number 1. TSYS also processes 75% of Mexicos' Cards, and just opened up in Canada to better service their Clients there.

So that leaves me with USCS / IBS as being the largest U.S. statement processor under contract....Unless you have any other ideas....

You know what's funny?

TSYS and MSFDC are competitors in the Card Processing Business..to a great extent so is USCS / IBS.

So you had a the 2nd largest card processor and the largest statement processor in the U.S. go to CheckFree vs. a Direct Competitor FDC. If you look at just some of the Press on TSS & USCS as to whom they service as Billing Agents, client Names.... Dwarfs FDCs' po-dunk operations...imho.
