I became an employee of Worldcom when they purchased my company, MFS. I recently bought the KIWT stock at 63/share. I bought it, because I see a brain drain going on here at Worldcom in the form of former MFS employees heading over to Level 3. Not only have many former upper management types from MFS gone over to Level 3, but also marketing people, Human Resource, city sales management, real estate services etc. The exodus that is going on right now is amazing. These are all very smart, well compensated people who were doing very well at Worldcom. I guess they believe in Level 3's plans. Level 3 will hit the ground running...running very fast, in April.
