Cheryl OD I don't understand how any of you can calculate the earnings per share unless you know that the price per share of the NASDAQ company merging into. FAMH will not be the same name, right. Not sure how these reverse mergers work but I don't think it's safe to assume that the share price will be $2.40. May be only $1.00 or up to $5.00...who knows??????? And after the merge, what will the share price be. help me understand this, please. GaryB
