All: I just received an email from Chuck Harvey, the fellow who gave me the Vertex 2000 demo a few months back. He has just returned from the Beta site in Puerto Rico. The following comments are my wording for the text of his email. The batch COBOL II version of the product is fully functional. They are currently working on the VS/COBOL version. They have added some features to the product utilities to improve user friendliness. The Beta site exercised the product's capabilities quite well. It seems they had some really old code that had been maintained for several years. TPI is still very interested in Vertex 2000. Regards, TED
