Do you own this product? Do you use it daily? Do you have any clue how it works? Line of sight is totally unnecessary for Richocet's operation. Downtown Seattle is no problem whatsoever for me and my trusty laptop. Ever been there? It has lots of concrete canyons like the other big metro areas. Worked inside the Museum of Art for several days without a hitch. Same for the public library. As usual, people who don't own the product are skeptical (which is fine), but they should check with actual users before coming to incorrect conclusions. Chip Wireless in Seattle via MCOM Ricochet
