Hi Steven,

I have noticed TTEC and SWW inching higher lately, and TLSP more recently (with a big jump today!).

I have not written to Mr. Guffey in a couple of weeks. I'll include
your questions in my next e-mail to him.

Below is the latest correspondence that I had with him:

Hello Scott,

Dallas
office.

thread? Is

Phil -

1) Where was I? Well, I wasn't on vacation.
2) Fusiontrader seems to have inside knowledge of the industry and ATC.
The "bonehead move in sales" vis-…-vis the utility industry was addressed in
January.
3) Gary Witt is very much still here and doing a bang-up job. Whether
a salesman needs a telemarketing background or vertical industry background
depends on the client being sold to. I'd say the more important quality (as
obvious as it may sound) is getting out of the office and selling
face-to-face - which Gary Witt and our healthcare salesman both do.

Regards,

Scott Guffey
