Pat, I also believe no one company is above making mistakes --- even Cisco. Agreed, Even the best companies make mistakes. It's the companies that make the fewest - or perhaps the least boneheaded mistakes that win. This is ASND's challenge with exec's like Mory. Asnd is the only company he's led and his background isn't in sales/marketing - it's in engineering. With all due respect, he's made some boneheaded mistakes in the past, let's just hope he's learned from them. This quarter will be an indicator. He said ASND would make their numbers, and ASND sure as hell better, because if they don't the investment community is going to pound this puppy. Note they [Cisco] just bought their second DSL company and those close to the center say they'll have to scuttle the first.) Perhaps you should go surf the site. These two products are targeted at distinctly different markets and are said to be complimentary. Your source doesn't sound all that well informed on this particluar issue. Gary
