I was told 3 months ago by Doug Foster, PeakSoft CEO, that once they were on the bulletin board they would be fulling reporting to the SEC, ie. 10-K's, 10-Q's, etc. If this is incorrect please let me know. I just want to make sure these guys are reporting to someone. They got away with murder last July on the Alberta by issuing millions of warrants to themselves while the stock was plunging. And yes I know there is a big difference between the NASD bulletin board and the NASDAQ: stockdetective.com These guys at Peak love to hype and yet it all comes down to sales figures which is very hard to get out of them these days.
