IBM's Lou Gershner sees e-commerce booming in the year 2000. 800 billion something. Must be a great boost for CyberCash as well. ICVerify shareholders will receive 2.3 million CyberCash shares. When will they get the shares and is it this what is keeping the stock from going up? Or are we seeing a consolidation in the e-banking industry? Any info is appreciated. Mike
