Agreed. The lawsuits are worrisome, however I did feel a little better when I saw the list of other companies one of the firms had also filed class action against. It seems like everyone and their brother is getting sued.

Apart from that, the company has grown and continues to grow quickly. They have no debt. They have decent accounts receivables (despite the restatement). They are at an extremely low price.

I may be an optimist and have a tendency to root for the underdog, but I see a big upside opportunity here. I'm not talking about tomorrow, but within the year.
