Besides the hot tip these are facts that I based my decision to invest in this stock on: 1. they have the technology and know how to use it. 2. they have the management expertise(Jim Crowe is no slouch in the communications field). 3. they have access to capital. 4. they have access to rights of way. 5. one of the most successful construction companys in the world. 6. better technology that IXC, Williams, and Qwest. who else is there? 7. the capability to build the communications network of the 21st century! 8. IP costs 1/100th of today's telephone companys. 9. at least 10 Billion in investment capital behind them 10. top management with huge stakes in the new spin-off If I lose my shirt with all of this going for me, then I deserve it! KW
