Omni, I get it now. Fahm is using their weighted average 1997 shares to figure the .36 eps earnings for the combined company. 20mil shares; 2.2mil net 2.2/20 = .11 aprox. eps merger 1997 20mil shares/4 = 5mil weighted avg. merger company approx 1mil? 5mil + 1mil = 6mil weighted avg. 2.2mil/6mil shares = .36 approx. Am I warm? Buster
