If PBT owns TKO it would mean that the trading symbol TKO would no longer exist right? If this is the case we are in a upswing from a few weeks ago looking at the quote for PBT. Would our shares of TKO become PBT? I thought the deal was more of a joint venture rather than a buyout of TKO, according to the news release from PBT.

Could someone from TKO or PBT gives us a better idea about what is going on?
