David, do you know if TI is a Micrascan customer? I know they are an SVGI customer and shareholder, but don't know it they use the Micrascan. To expand the wafer foundry service offering to 0.18-micron technology, Anam plans to replicate TI's production tool set and process recipes with the assistance of the Dallas-based company. techweb.cmp.com
