Omni,
Since the 40 mill shares is based on the acquisition of Myriad and other small companies, you would have to use earnings based on those numbers. We don't know what the earnings may be from Myriad, Downey show, other companies, etc. I do know that Myriad is growing in leaps and bounds and the Downey show has a HUGE earning potential. It is POTENTIAL, but

Don't take selective 1998 and 1997 numbers and combine them. THAT IS DEFINITELY WRONG!!
