The problem with the positive spin in the news release is that the positive spin from last Q's conference call is now long forgotten. At that time similar positive comments about inventory correction, end user demand growth in DLT, supply self-correction were made, but subsequently belied by events. The reality is that these guys are guessing about all this stuff, and they may be right or they may be wrong. Entirely possible that we'll see disappointments akin to this next quarter too, who knows? But it's really hard to see all the adverse circumstances drying up in a month or two. And I'm beginning to sour a bit on the "DLT is the salvation stuff" in which DLT was supposed to be the differentiation of Quantum from the other DD companies, but keeps coming up short for one reason or another. Bottom line: looks like dead money for a while. JG
