Hello, Judy. I have a couple questions for you.

What types of general criteria does a stock need to meet that would attract institutions into accumulating the stock? Does the industry that the company resides in need to demonstrate a promising acceleration in earnings growth by some of its leaders? Does the stock need to have bottomed out and have actually demonstrated increasing upward price momentum. I do understand that liquidity is a factor. I also understand that the criteria that institutions use depends on the type of fund or institution. However, I am attempting to discover the types of factors that will attract large institutional interest into an industry and a stock, the criteria that perhaps you utilize in staying ahead of the flow of institutional money.

Also, what evidence have you seen of an upcoming intermediate term correction? I think you have mentioned this possibility in a previous post of yours here at SI. Is this thinking based strictly on technical evidence? Or is there other evidence that is pointing that direction?
