Company Press Release

Kevin L. Jones Named President and Chief Operating Officer
PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 19, 1998--Renaissance International Group Ltd. (OTC BB:RNIG - news), Thursday announced the appointment of Kevin Jones as president and chief operating officer (COO).

In a board of director's meeting held on March 16, 1998, Tennessee Webb resigned his position as president and chief executive officer. Webb originally took the CEO and president position on an interim basis to establish the core management team to lead Renaissance.

Webb will remain chairman of the board and will focus on the growth of Renaissance Center Ltd., the company's subsidiary that specializes in applying the company's proprietary technologies to the multi-media and entertainment industries.

The board resolved to shift the majority of control of operations into the three current subsidiaries, each of which has its own plan of operations and specific markets. RIGL will continue to oversee and approve all budgetary processes for the subsidiaries as well as manage the compliance and audit processes of the company.

As a result of the solidification of the management team, the board has decided at this time to leave the CEO position vacant and vest authority to the president and COO to handle all executive matters through the executive committee.

Webb, whose expertise lie in negotiations and structure specifically in the entertainment industry, will now dedicate full time to establishing strategic partnerships and additional contracts in the multi-media and entertainment industry.

Jones, whose background is in operations of public corporations, will focus specifically on the growth of the medical management aspect of the company as well as moving the company toward a national exchange listing. Jones has more than 16 years experience in operations of a public company where he served in such capacities as secretary, treasurer, chief financial officer, and president.

Jones served from 1984 till February 1996 in various capacities including president and CFO of Alanco Environmental Resources Corp. [Nasdaq:ALAN - news], a NASDAQ listed public company where he focused his expertise on financial reporting and disclosure.

Recently Jones spent several years as an independent business consultant using the knowledge he gained to aid corporations securing adequate working capital by the preparation of comprehensive business plans and by structuring the corporations to become public.

RIGL specializes in advanced hardware and software development of Asset Management and Information Retrieval Environments (AMIRE). The unique architecture is currently being developed for the medical and the multimedia/entertainment industries with numerous possibilities for future expansion into other industries.

Utilizing the proprietary AMIRE(TM) information system and its Management Service Organization (MSO) network to oversee medical facility operation, RIGL offers medical practitioners a quality of life that relieves them from concerns over their business and allows them to focus solely on providing medical care.
