CPQ's historical PE is 16- even if the PE doesn't expand to DELL's - the stock could hit mid 80's based upon 97 EPS. Thats a 20% return... not bad. I think there is potential for the PE to expand somewhat... DELL has a higher PE and isn't the leader like CPQ.

I am a long term investor and am willing to be patient however. I don't have a crystal ball that tells me what the market is going to do next week or month, so when I give a projected price on CPQ it's based upon the fundamentals of the company. I believe the fundamentals have never looked better for CPQ.
