Hello Jim P,
No I haven't seen the release at the time of the halt. I was looking
for one but didn't find it. If you are able to post it that would
be great.
I was talking to Imperial Ventures and they are thinking their
merger with TKO will be completed by end of May. They are expecting
VSE approval and trading resumption within the next two or three
weeks.
I was aware of some involvement with PBT but I am still not sure
of the details of their ownership. Does PBT own a controlling
interest? Is PBT involvement a good sign for the future of TKO?
