<<OT>> Bully on the THNK call, but...
Not meaning any personal slight in the least...
There's only problem with "I told you so's".
(Aside from the fact that they're somewhat galling and
a little too self-inflating. But, human nature is
human nature. And to the victor goes the spoiling.) I know who the "you" is--I wake up as this person or
as some semblance of this person everyday. My problem
is the "I".
I've been told that good trading relies somewhat
on skill, somewhat on luck, and more than somewhat on
faith. Faith in anonymous tips, etc. I'm working on
the skill. I've got plenty of luck, being Irish and all.
But, sorry to say, faith is where I'm a little weak in the knees. Maybe,
it's because, here in happy cyber-land, there are 47-year-old
males dwelling in chat zones pretending to be 14 year old
girls named "Cinnamoan." And it's just too easy here
in disembodied text to offer something up that maybe the
investment equivalent of a bad cold. Or, even worse,
e-bola virus.
So, again, congratulations on your prescience.
But, I'm content, for the time being, to rest on a little skill and a lot
of luck.
