I'm posting this here too, but maybe somebody can answer my question as to why they don't become a Nasdaq stock????

uh, why aren't they starting out as an OTC-BB stock instead of starting out as a pink sheet stock???? The difference appears to be only 2 months. I guess that is the time period for them to do the financials.

No way I am going to touch this baby until it is an OTC stock with financials. The company expects the price to be $2-3/share as a pink sheet??? I'd like to have some of what they are smoking.

I guess they must desperatly need cash, because with a little (ok a lot more effort) they could become a Nasdaq stock (with the help of investment bankers). Granted the standards are tougher to get on the Nasdaq, but even starting out as an OTC stock is a heck of a lot more credible than starting out as a pink sheet.
