Ed Regarding dumping of product. There is no reason that product manufactured after the MCA physical inspection would be unacceptable. Nothing would have changed while waiting for the red tape to roll. Vivus announced that they were producing the product at risk and would ship it after approval. I see no reason vivus would make such an incorrect statement unless they knew for sure that the product produced after the physical inspection was OK to ship. What I don't understand is why (as a prior post e-mail states) not ALL of the product is shipped out in Q1 as opposed to most of it being shipped out in Q2. Product lab test delays?
