On Friday Merrill reported that mgmt. confirmed that the network systems division gross margins have upside potential . . . bigger software revs in the mix is the reason . . . remember on Feb. 27 Merrill indicated the network systems division was poised for an upside rev. surprise in 1Q, now we're talking about upside to margins as well . . . how sweet it is . . . these are the kind of reports that get the momentum fund boys excited. Network system revs. are 68% of lu total revs. so we're talking a very big piece of the pie. Also lu will be presenting at the Merrill conference this Wednesday. fyi the Merrill price target was raised to 130-135 more than a week ago
