Tom,

I understand your frustration, but I disagree on the merits of investing in BB stocks.

The current structure of the venture capital markets make it EXTREMELY difficult for promising and upright companies to attract capital necessary for their growth. Oftentimes, this may mean being able to raise their stock price to a level where a less dilutive private placement can be executed. Of course, we have all seen the abusive financing regulations such as Reg S and convertible debentures being perpetrated on investors as well.

By surrendering to the corruption that pervades the VC marketplace, as well as Nasdaq and other exchanges (Columbia Health comes to mind), we deaden entrepreneurial spirit and stifle innovation and free thinking.

No... resigning from the BB markets is not an answer for me. The answer is active diligence from ALL investors. Investigative investing is the answer wherein shareholder exchanging information on the internet will shine the light of truth on those who would undermine the equity markets.

GIFS would never had happened had we had a more concerted effort of checks and balances on the information Zayed and friends tried to feed us.

Some of those burned by GIFS have taken that hard experience and directed their attention to other possible scams being hyped our here on SI.

Regards,

Ron
