Ref: Insider ownership.

Gerald,

I don't know why this is but insiders of the company do not own heck of a lot of shares for whatever reasons and I have been checking this for the last couple of years periodically. It would have been certainly good if they did and I can't not come up any reason why they wouldn't as the percentage of ownership remained rather low even when the price was between $12.00-$18.00.One possible explanation is that they are hoping for options available to them at very low prices when the company start making some serious money in the not too distant future.

According to information provided by NASDAQ as of Dec.31,97, 14 insiders owned a total of 416,000 shares which amounts to a meager
1.28% of the total shares outstanding. So if the recent sale is the
only one between now and then, this would make 50K sales approx 12% of
the total holdings.
