Charles, The main reason I called Dr. Hinton this morning was to get the straight facts about allegations and insinuations being made by certain newcomers on this thread. He told me that he will be in this area,( S. Fla.) mid-week,but my schedule this week prevents me from trying go have another meeting with him. I don't know if he will be here to further negotiate or finalize any details with Telephonetics,or if it has to do with the lawsuit filed against SSI. When we spoke last week,he said that the financials will be filed by the end of this month. He didn't give me a specific date. There are some very exciting things going on with ADGI at the moment,but he could not elaborate on specifics. Any information I get from Hinton can be had by any other investor that has the time to make a phone call and talk to him,he is not a hard man to get hold of. I dont mind sharing info with those that are legitimate investors in the company. Good Luck........John
