To all HRCT investors and lurkers: 1)Trying to finish the 10-k by march 31. 2)On the acquisition, they have a letter of intent, the lawyers are still haggling over the deal(taxes and stuff), hoped to be finished by april 15th 3)They are applying for the Nasdaq national system(will take 3 months to 6 months) 4)2 other acquisitions going along, should be finished in early may 5)Pego is doing very well... should hit 10 million rev w/ 1.5 million net worth. 6)ECS should do 2 million dollars in total sales. 7)They are trying to hit 100 million dollars in total worth this year. Also, a person doing DD on this stock has found something. There is a company accumulating the stock called BVI, a group in the Virgin Islands. They know something we don't...? Or maybe they see what's going on. Until they accumulate 9.5% of the company, they don't have to identify themselves. As for the acqusition of stock this week, Phan knew that some company was accumulating it. He didn't know who was buying it, but he knows why. This one's ready to pop. This is a good company with a good reputation. Matty Gregg
