Businessweek partial: - Some of Wall Street's best-known firms--notably Bear, Stearns & Co.and Schroder Wertheim & Co.--clear trades for chop houses, processing trading records that sometimes show massive commissions and excessive price markups.

Daniel S. Loeb is managing partner for an offshore company, Third Point Management and has money in the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin islands. And to think he accused ACtrade of using offshore financing. Third Point is working with Key West Securities. Third Point Offshore Fund Ltd.
Third Point buys all securities through Bear Stearns. Surprise Surprise, same company cited in Businessweek as helping the bucket thieves out.

Daniel Loeb was cited in the Wall Street Journal today as holding over 200,ooo share short position in ACRT.

Dan Loeb has been feeding pink his information, probably even writting his lines.
