I have no idea, Joe. But I'll show you the email I received. Maybe you can help me do DD on it. Matt Im trying to get a grasp on this co. I have a small position and am adding. Last Wed someone bought more than 5% of the co. I think it was Braemar Mgt which is a venture capital group listed as being in the VIrgin Islands. I cant make heads or tails of it. I am pretty sure they just closed the deal on the purchase of a candy co and that is part of why they went up. Rumor has it they are moving off the BB board and their stock price may be reevaluated upwards. Its all conjecture but he analysis are saying the value of the co is about $5. What do you know?
