EHF -- maybe I'm unflappable but I don't see a Wall Street apocalypse happening over Y2k. Jim Lord seems to have a decided stake in stirring up panic as he has recently published a book on the problem which he seems to be promoting on the website. I'm not saying that there won't be problems but I have confidence that solutions will be in place as they are needed. Banks, brokerages, Fortune 1000 companies will do whatever they have to do to protect their interests. It's the poor sods back home with their little pc's running little databases that will wind up with a big mess. I'm confident about my financial dealings but I'm really worried about my personal documents and files. I guess I'll just have to get a new cpq when the time comes! dulane
