Let's just review what COMS has had thrown it's way lately: (in no particular timeline or order of importance) 1) The SEC made them change their accounting 2) Herb Greenberg chastized them again for their accounting practices 3) BAY blew up 4) ROK blew up 5) JBIL blew up 6) CS just blew up 7) C$CO had some quite cautious things to say in their 10Q 8) C$CO got a "sell" recommendation 9) A$ND just got downgraded 10) COMS laid off 380 workers 11) Former USRX President "left the company" (wish he'd take Cowell with him)----would be hugely bullish!!! 12) 16 gazillion class action lasuits filed 13) INTC announced a new line of networking products 14) MSFT and others are gunning for PalmPilot I'm sure I left something out. After all of this people still step up to the plate and buy COMS. The number COMS reports will be irrelevant. It won't matter whether they report a profit of 14 cents or a loss of 14 cents. Everybody who has wanted out of COMS has had their chance. There are plenty of shorts who think they are sly and think that shorting COMS is a slam dunk. I mean BAY, ROK, CS, JBIL, etc have all done the Lewinsky so COMS is a sure bet to go down too, right? WRONG! (it's never that easy) If COMS isn't a buy right now then it will be the minute it blows up tomorrow afternoon. I've got some now at 35 1/4 and will add some right after it blows up.
