I must once again raise the question I posed to you last week; what is the comfort level with G* launches from Baikour, Kazakhstan? I would suspect that launches with Boeing from the Cape would have a low risk profile. However, despite the success rate of launches from Baikour, will the market exact a risk premium given recent political uncertainties? There have been some excellent posts regarding launch risks and how they are mitigated. However, as a neophyte, I misinterpret a lot and understand little! It would be helpful if this particular risk could be addressed.

Additionally, in my research of launch risk, it appeared the primary Chinese launch site had a marginal record. What about Loral's recent announcement of a relationship with Chinese interests? I suspect this was done for mutual benefit.....but does it inject a higher level of risk/return to Loral?

I appreciate your patience and assistance.
