Dr. John - Correct me if I am mistaken, but I thought it was against SEC rules to short a stock under $5. Maybe it's $3 (or maybe I am all together wrong). The short interest on such a security would be what remained from what was shorted when the stock was over $5. Does anyone out there know what the rule is on shorting low priced stocks?

Thanks
Dave
