Clint Eastwood actually had no name given to his character that time!
The three were going after the gold in the graveyard and had a
shoot out for it. Clint had emptied the Mexicans gun to gain advantage
then forced the Mexican to balance in a fence post, tied, with a
noose around his neck to put distance between them. He turned, shot
the rope, the Mexican fell, alive, stood up in the middle of the
middle of the desert, or what ever it was and yelled:
"Blondi! (because of his hair) ..You know what you are??"
(Everyone thinks "Blondi" should be a female and thinks we're odd
for that one but we get an extra kick out of our little secret
and Annie loved the name for our little guy. She snuck him home
from the pet shop one day. Hands down, that was that!!)
It does seem you will be standing up under the strain of
"this ordeal" with a light heart! As thoughtful as you are
and how much you try, I imagine your head must swim during the
daily activities! How can you walk away feeling complete when
the result is still broken except to be thankful for what you
have inside and for who you can return to each night. But I hope
that doesn't happen often! But no, I'm sure your family will always
be kept, and kept very safe without question!
