Arc: You might wish to add to your rather impressive database that Sam argued the case himself in front of the Supreme Court of the United States. I believe the first and last time this has happened. As a footnote, the victory was Pyrrhic. Although Sam won the case, the serial administrative halts that the SEC visited on the Company were successful in destroying the Company. A "P.
