King Louie, I am also really happy that WP will be coming aboard, the boost in revenues and earnings are certainly welcome. I just wanted to mention that in an earlier note I posted that the WP deal has been signed which I take to mean that all parties are in agreement and the deal is sealed. I believe that the actual closing date will be when the stock and $$ for the purchase are actually handed over. As to dropping to 52 week lows on this good news, maybe we will get surprised this round? We shall see. James
