I don't give much for Briefings opinion these days. Recently they have plugged FINE to shoot up from around 7 - they are now 4 1/2. Another miss is ESTI they predicted to crash from around 9 to around 6 - they are now 11 1/2... They don't fail to mention whenever they do hit it right though, but I can't help thinking about the monkey picking stocks using a dart set.
