I visited AMHD's headquarters on May 9, and had a follow up meeting with top management in late Aug. I must say that i was very impressed with the company's outlook. Back in May research had just begun for the Municipal waste market Initial results were successful and has begun field testing in local municipalities which should be completed in Jan. They have also began using the product in Nursing homes... While the pet market is growing through increasing sales w/such major distributors as Target, Walmart and Petco.. The original poultry market is just starting its season... Companies cash position looks great.. No long term debt.. They have just started operating out of a new, completely paid for, plant and have purchased equipment that has reduced its costs significantly. Recent weakness seems to come from selling pressure from a few original investors whose shares have just come off restriction..to my knowledge, none from officers of the company. With just over 4mil shares outstanding and roughly 2.2mil in float.. The comapny is in its strongest position ever... I have been a strong buyer at these levels..
