Why is it such a big deal if Mike sends a PM to somebody? I have yet to see any law or regulation that states that a Stock Broker is forbidden to talk about stocks. Where is the line drawn? Is he forbidden to send e-mail about stocks? Talk on the phone about stocks? Think about stocks? Since well over 90% of what he said has turned out to be true, I would think his research would be respected. I am also curious if everybody would want to suppress his freedom of speech if he only found out good things about the company? A few people here have said that Mike has been paid to tank RMIL. If this was the case, I would feel that he abused his power and should be punished. But to date, nobody has provided any proof whatsoever that this is truly the case. The only thing that has been proven is that Mike talked to Mork. It would seem logical that anybody doing research into RMIL would get both sides of the story. IE talk to Mork. Also, since you are an investor in RMIL and have possible financial gain at stake, should you be forbidden to post also? Wouldn't your posting be a conflict of interest?
