SMU EPS were (.06) after a .08 gain on Real Estate Transactions. Revenue improved to $28.9 MM, which I think is in line with expectations, and Gross margin is $5.7 MM which is pretty good versus $3.4 MM last quarter. My only concern is that administrative expenses jumped $900 thousand versus last quarter. I don't know if this increase is one-time or permanent. Overall, I think it is a positive that SMU hit their revenue number for the first time this year and that gross margin returned to levels consistent with early in the year. All in all, I don't see it as a huge negative, but we will see what the market thinks soon enough.
