<< no new short positions can be established at this time>>

I looked all over for that rule , but couldn't find. I'm not
doubting the info , I just wanted to look up when the
period ended. In any event GTAX and/or GTAXW can
now be shorted through Datek Securities as of yesterday.

It was also posted awhile back that the SB-2 filing was not a
concern. That may have been true short term as it takes
awhile to register stock , but.....

Since the SB-2/A was filed on 1/30/98 , the shares that are
being registered "could" become effective any day now. That
will result in some selling pressure here due to not only the extra
shares in the float but the market for the warrants becomes
limited once a date is set for their redemption.

Many who play the warrants will not pony up the cash
for the common especially when they see the dip the
stock takes on the warrant call.

See DSYS , BNGO , NIAG , MVSI , etc...for examples of this

Regards ,

Rob
