Dear John - I saw that too. I don't know either, but you are quite right that it will happen quite soon. Probably it will get a minor hit. While I am still holding on to my shares, I am not sure what to make of the co. OOH, little news makes the co invisible to the radar screen. Is it doing something? Or are the remaining personnels prepared to sit on the remaining cash until their retirement <VBG>? OTOH, I ve counted at least 4 SC13G[/A] this year. 2 of them [one of these is Wisc Pension] have held it for a long time, but why the other two adding positions? It also seems that only H&Q is formally following IMUL. Any additional comment appreciated rgds Bosco
