Just checking what day of the week ALTS typically announces its earnings. I checked back and found out that the board announced the last 7 quarters on a Wednesday (may be pure coincidence...) I suspect the board must meet to discuss and sign-off on that day, or maybe a day or two before. Based on other announcements (non 10-Q), I'm guessing the board must meet every other Tuesday or Wednesday and discuss the topics at hand and then make any required/neccessary annoucements. So Wednesday afternoon, if history is any guide, should prove interesting!
